Special Report #6 Working with Well Informed Agents

Selecting the Right Agent

If you are contemplating a short sale it is important that you are very selective regarding the agents you choose to work with and their understanding of the process. The following report describes the Fiduciary Responsibilities of Agents involved in a short sale and working in the world of negative equity.

We ask that all  of the agents that we work with become very familiar with this document to properly set the stage of a successful short sale and their role in reaching this end goal.

We have provided it here to help assist you when interviewing and selecting the agents you choose to work with.

We are very selective about the agents whom we work with.

Feel free to contact us if you would like to speak to one of our pre-screened agents who are ‘Certified Distressed Property Experts”
